Payment Lifecycle

Once an employee has an available amount through the EWA benefit, they can request withdrawals through the Payflow app.
In the Public API, these withdrawals are represented as payments. Each payment goes through a lifecycle represented by the status field:
pending: Initial payment status after the withdrawal request is created. The payment has not yet been submitted to the bank.
processing: The payment has been submitted to the bank and is awaiting confirmation.
processed: The bank has confirmed that the payment was successfully completed.
refunded: The payment has been refunded.
canceled: The payment was canceled by a Payflow user. This is a final state and the payment will not be processed.
delayed: The payment was submitted to the bank, but more than 5 minutes have passed without confirmation.
error: The bank reported that the payment could not be processed. This is a final state and the payment will not be processed. Additional error details may be available in the message field.
